Full Job Description

Symmetrio is recruiting for an Implementation Project Manager for global medical device company. The selected candidate will lead the client implementation of Oncology Information Systems (OIS) and Treatment Planning Systems (TPS). The ideal candidate possesses healthcare experience, particularly in Radiation Oncology, and a successful track record in software implementation. We are looking for demonstrated skills managing data/system migrations, multi-site system integration, and/or new system implementation. This is a full-time remote position with competitive compensation, healthcare benefits, and a 401k package.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oncology Information Systems (OIS) and Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) projects e.g., Mosiaq, Aria, Radixact, Eclipse.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, customer IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines and targets.
  • Utilize strong project management methodologies to plan, execute, track action items, and monitor project activities.
  • Effectively allocate and manage project resources to optimize project efficiency and manage within budget.
  • Communicate project progress, issues and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  • Mitigate risks and proactively address any challenges that may arise during the project.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare software implementation projects.
  • Minimum of BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in the implementation of medical software systems.
  • Strong understanding of Radiation Oncology practices and workflows is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers and members of other departments (via video and/or phone).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
