Full Job Description
As a Software Developer, you will work with an agile team building out software projects for Clayton County Georgia. Currently, our work builds out a SQL Server database, Microsoft.net C# REST API layer, and a React Interface. Working with a wide variety of different challenges across the county legal system.
The ideal candidate will:
- Produce clean efficient code based on specifications.
- Build, Test and deploy code
- Work with developers to design algorithms and task-related artifacts.
- Troubleshoot and unit test developed code.
- Work in a team environment
- Recommend and Execute Improvements
- Build integrations with third-party components
- Write SQL Server, PostgreSQL stored procedures and queries
- Code C# API layers including testing with MS Test
- Build interfaces using React with Redux
Requirements
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of coding languages (SQL, C#, React, CSS, Javascript)
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication and team-work skills
- Resourceful and troubleshooting attitude
- Attention to Detail
Nice to have
- Experience with Containerization (Docker)
- Experience with UIPath RPA
- Understanding of GitHub
- Understanding of SQL Server Reporting Services

Pay: $72,346.00 - $72,347.00 per year

Requirements
- US Citizen
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
- Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- Attention to detail
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
