Key Responsibilities
- Manage collaborations
- Create a list of previous brands and poc
- Reach out to brands with a pitch and media kit
- Hand off warm leads to client
- Repurpose blog posts into social media posts
- Utilize Asana to track campaigns and keep deadlines and deliverables organized
- Manage Pinterest
- Create pins
- Create and manage consistent newsletter
- Update media kit
- Link on LTK
- Set up Many Chat
- Create a content calendar and outline upcoming sales
- Assist with DMs and comments as needed
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:
- Mailchimp
- Meta
- LTK
- Amazon
- Canva
Requirements
- Proficiency in Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, Canva, LTK, Mailchimp and other related platforms preferred.
- Strong experience in digital marketing.
- A tech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly adapt to and master new tools and technologies.
- Communication: Ability to communicate with brands and run point on campaigns.
- Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, platforms, and projects efficiently.
- Deadline-Oriented: Commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner, even under tight schedules.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to all aspects of content, design, and platform management, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
- Central, Eastern, or Mountain Time Zone
