Senior Tax Associate - CPA

Hire Resolve's client, a well-established accounting and CPA firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Tax Associate with a CPA certification to join their team in Peachtree Corners GA. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to client service, our client is a leading provider of tax and advisory services in the industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and take on challenging tax projects. You will be responsible for tax compliance, planning, and consulting services, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely tax advice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong technical tax knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
• Assist with tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities
• Mentor and train junior tax professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client service

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or tax consulting
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
