Full Job Description

TAL engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the Agile development process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and remove any obstacles that may impede progress, while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Agile development process and ensure that all team members understand and adhere to the principles of Scrum
  • Help to define project scope and objectives, and develop realistic project plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Lead and guide the team in the planning, estimation, and prioritization of work, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder progress, and proactively address issues before they escalate
  • Conduct regular Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and ensure that all team members actively participate and contribute
  • Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to the Scrum process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile development teams
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices, with a deep understanding of Scrum framework
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate and lead meetings effectively
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts, and to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
