RN Med Surg

As an RN in our Medical Surgical unit, you will provide professional nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Responsibilities may include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, assisting with procedures, and providing patient education. You will document patient care in accordance with established standards and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of one year of Med Surg nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
