WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN
As the GTM Systems, Revenue Operations Manager you will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations. You will fully own our GTM tech stack across Marketing, Sales and post sales teams. You will work closely with the Sales leadership, Product, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
As a scaleup business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:
- Managing the sales tech stack (including the CRM), building workflows and automations
- Managing the administration, configuration, and integration of Zoho (our CRM)
- Building Reporting inside the CRM: eg Sales Leaderboard, Funnel Conversion
- Defining and maintaining the CRM roadmap, and process improvement initiatives across the entirety of our GTM strategies

- Mapped out entire tech stack to support our GTM motions across supply & demand
- eg brought on new systems to improve sellers productivity
- Optimized our sales process, from lead generation to closed won
- Built best-in-class reporting and tracking for sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue outcomes
- Partnered closely with data team to ensure high accuracy of our underlying data and CRM is fully trusted by everyone
- Established trust across your peers, everyone knows we can fully count on you
WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:
You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value and that everyone should want to learn. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue operations (or Sales operations)
- You have 2+ years of expertise working with CRM or other reporting tools
- Deep knowledge of sales and marketing funnels (leads, opportunities, accounts, etc.)
- You have managed a small team and are good at motivating team members and keeping them challenged and excited about their roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to identify trends and influence business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, and Analytics within CRM
- You have experience optimizing go-to-market teams for growth with strong project management skills
- You have a track record of partnering with leadership teams to set strategy and drive change initiatives
- You are a structured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Nice-to-have: Zoho (CRM) experience
- Healthcare and SaaS experience ideal but not required
HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:
We try to keep our interview process short, and as a small business, we can move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:
- Introductory call/interview with Sam, our Talent Partner. The call is via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
- Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview and will deep dive into the role and technical needs.
- All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies; however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and, therefore, try to keep it as simple as possible.
- Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.
