Full Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate customer records and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
