QA Tester

MULTIVAC is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and innovative QA Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our packaging solutions by executing and maintaining comprehensive testing processes. You will be responsible for designing test cases, executing manual and automated tests, and identifying defects to enhance our products' functionality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies for new and existing products.
• Work closely with the development team to understand product requirements and identify potential issues.
• Document defects, track issues, and report findings to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform regression, performance, and usability testing on a variety of applications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
