Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Onsite - Alpharetta Office

Job Summary: The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of CorDx HQ property in Alpharetta. You will ensure that our facilities are operating smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to property management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of CorDx HQ building for optimal operation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services, working with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
  • Handle tenant relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support facility needs and office space planning.
  • Maintain accurate records related to property management activities, including contracts, leases, and financial documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management and maintenance.
  • Interact with team in China by communicating and providing updates on facility administration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin
  • 3+ Years of experience in property management or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management concepts and building maintenance practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
