Proofreading

Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics is seeking a skilled Proofreader to join our team. As a Proofreader, you will be responsible for carefully reviewing and correcting written content to ensure accuracy and eliminate any errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to ensure that all content meets our brand standards and effectively communicates our message to our audience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and proofread written content, including marketing materials, website content, emails, and other communications
• Check for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, and formatting inconsistencies
• Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice
• Suggest edits and improvements to content to enhance clarity, readability, and impact
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and effectively communicates our brand message
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Experience in proofreading, editing, or a related field
• Proficient in using proofreading tools and software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
