Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of real estate projects, coordinating efforts across various departments.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
