Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Commify, you will be at the forefront of product development, responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and drive product innovation, ensuring that our offerings meet the dynamic demands of the market.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on customer feedback and business value.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring clear timelines and milestones.
• Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance the user experience.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and refine product direction.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align teams on product progress and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a relevant role within the tech industry ideally in a SaaS or Telecommunications environment.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to balance technical and business priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and delivering high-value products.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
