Full Job Description
Apex Informatics is seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions for our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building custom Power Apps applications to meet client requirements
- Creating Power Automate flows to automate business processes
- Integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems and applications
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations
- Testing and troubleshooting Power Platform solutions
- Providing training and support to end-users
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
• Proficiency with Office 365 SharePoint and Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI and PowerAutomate)
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
• Ability to work under pressure, adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, action-oriented, results-driven
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment that supports students and schools
• Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate across teams

Essential Duties
*Participate in all phases of systems development life cycle (SDLC) through application development
• Leads and/or supports enhancements/upgrades for on premise and vendor managed applications, may
require setup, configuration and system development
• Analyzes requirements and develops solutions that meet specifications
• Leads and participates in peer to peer code reviews
• Develops and supports integrations across multiple applications
• Supports and conducts quality unit testing, functional testing and validation efforts infusing quality
standards into the solution
• Proactively monitors the system for issues
• Drives resolution of application and integration issues/defects for on premise and vendor managed
applications
• Creates documentation as needed for communication, testing, maintenance and support purposes
• Liaise with vendors to ensure application alignment with APS IT standards and current technology portfolio.
• Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator
• Required to attend scheduled shift during regular business hours as mandated
