As a Plumbing Designer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in plumbing design and representing the company in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Designer with a background in commercial, institutional, and large infrastructure design.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing design, including fire suppression system selection, preliminary designs, and performance specifications
- Strong knowledge of design standards and criteria for plumbing projects
- Ability to prepare calculations, reports, and specifications
- Experience in conducting existing facility diligence, sustainability analyses, and feasibility reports
- Proficiency in producing drawings that meet client requirements and standards
- Ability to take responsible charge of projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in business development activities is a plus
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff members
