Physical Therapist

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently hiring a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve their mobility, relieve pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will work closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and education.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion
• Use therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, as appropriate
• Educate and train patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and equipment use
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patients' evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Interventional Pain(1+ years)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to travel to different locations, as needed
