Physical Therapist - (10,000K Sign On Bonus)

Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated Physical Therapists who are passionate about patient care and committed to delivering exceptional therapy services. The primary responsibilities of this role include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the goal of helping them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding healthcare services to patients, ensuring positive outcomes and a satisfactory therapy experience.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients, developing personalized treatment plans based on their medical and emotional needs.
• Set measurable, functional goals for patients and educate them on treatment options and home exercises to complement clinical sessions.
• Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Monitor patient progress, revise treatment plans as needed, and address pain management effectively.
• Discharge patients when appropriate, providing education on injury prevention and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in research studies and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices.
• Provide input on clinic policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance the quality of patient care.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through continuing education and participation in company-sponsored training programs.

Schedule and Shift Details:

Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM, Schedule flexible within hours of operation

Requirements

• Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy License (ABPTS).
