About the Team
Framework’s Partnerships & Business Development Team (PAR) is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s go-to-market strategies. The team is also responsible for managing strategic partner relationships to ensure the company's scale and long-term revenue growth. The team is highly motivated, creative, and collaborative, eager to drive the next phase of Framework's future.
About the Role
As the Partnerships and Business Development Analyst, you will play a vital part in gathering and analyzing data, generating insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to our Partnerships and Business Development team. You will have an analytical approach to providing data-driven recommendations for the organization, which will enable us to make informed decisions that align with our strategic goals and maximize revenue opportunities. Additionally, you will work to support day-to-day partnership operations and provide general support to the team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is methodical and also comfortable working collaboratively and speaking with external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market conditions and industry trends and provide insights to the Partnerships and Business Development team to help refine business strategies
- Support the business development process and needs of the company, including research, analysis, and outreach to potential partners
- Support partnership strategy by collecting and analyzing data regarding partner activity and engagement
- Lead the partner’s administrative needs of the learning management system (LMS), and related partner reporting needs
- In coordination with leadership, collaborate on product and technology teams to inform product improvement and development
- Assist with incoming partner inquiries and provide timely and appropriate support or route the communication to the appropriate team member
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in supporting business development or partnerships efforts, including knowledge of leveraging CRM and sales automation tool preferred
- 1+ years' experience in similar organization, position, or field preferred
- Strong organization and project management skills required
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required
Job Classification
This is a part-time, fully remote, and non-exempt position. This position reports to the Senior Associate of Partnerships and Business Development.
Hourly Range
$19.00 to $22.00, with a weekly total of 20 to 25 hours.
The current range is set based on nationwide US averages, taking into account position types, related fields, and job titles. Before making an offer, we conduct a comprehensive assessment, which also factors in the candidate's location.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job requires the routine use of a personal laptop to conduct business activities. It requires the ability to speak and hear in person, over the phone, and in settings where there are groups of people. Occasional travel is optional, including overnight travel for up to four days at a time and travel via airplane.

Our Framework for a Successful Interview Process
