Jacuzzi Group is excited to hire a National Installation Trainer. If you have a passion for training and the ability to teach acrylic bath & shower Installation methods, we want to speak with you today! Join our dynamic team and be a key player in the strategy and growth of our Bath division. As a National Install Trainer, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the company's future by interacting with and supporting our network of dealers. This role involves active participation in planning and training our Jacuzzi install systems, as well as contributing to the success of product and program launches.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Travel 60% of the month to our Dealer Networks to teach and train installation and production teams.
    • Support dealers across the country with processes such as tracking orders, missing orders, product flow, etc.
    • Provide training to dealer install crews, emphasizing both install processes and product knowledge.
    • Prepare and host a monthly Webinar to create unity within the dealer network and share new topics, products, etc.
    • Act as the voice of the customer, conveying positive and constructive feedback to the organization.
    • Keep management informed through reporting result reports and analysis.
    • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, serving as a bridge between them and the organization.
    • Contribute to the team effort by achieving related results and supporting colleagues as needed.
    • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on dealer feedback.

Salary:

$90,000+ annual Salary (depending on experience)

Quarterly Commission Bonus

Requirements

  • Open to travel 75% of the month across various Dealer Network locations in the United States.
  • Leadership experience to provide training to various installation crews.  
  • 3+ years of experience in bath & shower remodeling. 
  • Required to be a MASTER LEVEL acrylic installer.
  • Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing and plumbing required.
  • Persuasive and influential communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to an entire Dealer network.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including customer service and presentation skills.
  • Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees
  • Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Candidate must create presentations, training videos, etc.
