Milend, Inc., a leading financial institution specializing in mortgage solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the mortgage industry to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified mortgage professionals, including loan officers, processors, and support staff.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job postings, and promote job openings through various channels.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates proactively, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote MiLEND and attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, trends, and metrics to senior management.

In this role, you will make an impact by building a strong pipeline of talented professionals to support MiLEND's continued growth and success.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various roles.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, including different loan types, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and energetic approach to recruitment with a passion for finding the right talent for the right roles.
