Master Craftsman/Carpenter

Seeking a highly motivated Master Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

We are seeking a supervisor, project lead, and master craftsman all in one. Someone with a global perspective to manage the assets of the company and is accountable for profitability of all projects under his direct supervision. The “go-to-guy” for on-site, or in the field operations.

We have tons of work to keep you busy year-round, and offer between $25 and $30 per hour to start, depending on experience.

Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 10+ year successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, sheetrock repair, and deck builds/repairs
• Own standard set of hand and power tools
• Own work truck or van
