Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage the supply chain operations, including inventory control and distribution.
• Coordinate with real estate agents and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize service quality and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and train logistics staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
