Full Job Description
The Logistics Administrator will provide administrative support to the Logistics department through, but not limited to, organizational support, data entry, and general administrative duties.
Essential Job Duties
- Administer in-house logistics services
- Provide routing with preferred carrier base
- Set up FTL and LTL loads through the preferred carrier program
- Track and trace shipments from pickup through POD
- Provide rate quotes with a target-defined profit margin
- Provide customers with proper shipping documents, including shipper letter of instructions, bill of lading, and labels
- Handle overages, shortages, and damages
- Assist with inventory verification/counts for logistics supplies
- Assist in maintenance and housekeeping of the Logistics Department
- Collaborate with the Logistics and Material Handling team to complete logistics reports data entry and provide communications to teams

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a high-volume business environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience servicing shipping or transportation services
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
