Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for promoting and leasing residential properties to prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and providing excellent customer service to potential residents. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and sales skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong understanding of the real estate market. Work Schedule: - Days: Tuesday - Saturday - Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities: 1. Lease Promotion and Marketing: - Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to attract prospective tenants. - Advertise residential properties through various channels including online listings, print publications, and social media platforms. - Conduct market research to determine rental rates and competitive properties in the area. - Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures and flyers. 2. Tenant Relations and Customer Service: - Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from prospective tenants regarding available properties, lease terms, amenities, and rent prices. - Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit. - Collect and review tenant applications, verifying information, and conducting background checks as required. - Prepare and present lease agreements, explaining terms and conditions to tenants, and ensuring proper documentation is completed. Requirements
- -Reliable transportation - High school diploma or equivalent required - Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a sales/customer service environment is highly desirable. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of property management software is a plus. - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Must have ambition - Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills. - Willingness to work on weekends and have good flexibility in work schedule.
