Senior Project Architect 

Position Overview: We're looking for a driven and accomplished professional to collaborate on complex building projects. This exciting opportunity combines your design leadership with expert project management skills. In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring their successful delivery while maintaining strict adherence to code and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with senior teams, guiding technical aspects, leading project execution, and serving as a key liaison. 

Responsibilities: 

• Spearhead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery. 
• Give technical direction, maintaining code and regulatory compliance. 
• Lead effective collaboration with senior colleagues, bridging communication gaps. 
• Leverage advanced Revit skills to enhance design and project efficiency. 
• Handle commercial experience in large-scale mixed-use projects.

• Regular in-office and on-site presence is essential.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 
• Licensed Architect with 20+ years of experience, preferably in large-scale projects. 
• Strong background in handling commercial experience in large-scale mixed-use projects. 
• Proven ability to manage multi-phased, fast-paced building complexes. 
• Strong project management leadership and technical guidance skills. 

• Deep proficiency in Revit for design implementation and collaboration.
