Interiors & Curation Ambassador - Athens Rambler

Do you have an eye for detail? If so, the Interiors & Curation Ambassadorship may perfectly fit you! We are looking for a future resident to be hands-on with the property throughout the week to upkeep LV Collective design standards.  As an Interiors & Curation Ambassador, you will be behind the scenes in keeping the aesthetic, atmosphere, and aroma of Rambler Athens brand in perfect condition. You will have the opportunity to develop interior design skills, embrace attention to detail, and manage property expectations. ​

As Rambler Athens Interiors & Curation Ambassador, you will play a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and ambiance of our space, ensuring it aligns with the Rambler standards. You will be responsible for curating a welcoming environment for our residents, prospects, and high-priority tours, paying meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of interior decor and ambiance.​

Job Responsibilities:

Styling: Regularly fluffing and arranging soft furnishings such as pillows, cushions, and throws to maintain a cozy and inviting atmosphere.​

Music Management: Make the atmosphere enjoyable and lively by ensuring the music is always on and at the proper volume in designated areas. ​

Ambiance Control: Responsibly and safely light candles throughout the space to enhance the ambiance and create a warm, inviting atmosphere for high-priority tours.​

Product Management: Promptly identify and report any broken or stolen items, and efficiently order replacements to uphold the integrity of the space.​

Regular Maintenance: Execute beginning and end-of-week checklists to assess and address maintenance or decor needs, ensuring the space is always pristine and inviting.​

Social Media Deliverables: Capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase the interior design elements, amenity spaces, and curated environments throughout the property.​

Weekly Check-Ins: Observe and assess the atmosphere, energy, and level of activity in each space, noting any trends or patterns.

*This position requires an active lease at Rambler Athens for the 2024-2025 lease term.

Requirements

• Future resident at Rambler Athens for the 2024-2025 lease term who can dedicate 5-8 hours a week to keeping the property up to brand standards.
• In pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Fashion, Design, or related fields of study.​
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• A keen eye for aesthetics​
• Exceptional communication skills
