Responsibilities

  • Handle team member relations by investigating and responding to issues such as formal complaints, harassment allegations, and working conditions concerns
  • Collaborate with various teams and department employees through advice and recommendations
  • Guide to resolving work-related conflicts for team members, supervisors, and department leaders
  • Report findings and consult with leadership on appropriate action
  • Conduct employee surveys and exit interviews to identify and solve issues
  • Demonstrate conflict management skills and experience by delivering HR process improvement actions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • Ability to work closely and successfully with others in order to deliver results
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or other related subject areas
  • Employee relations and investigations experience at a global company for at least 2 years
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws
  • Familiarity with the biotech industry
