Responsibilities
- Handle team member relations by investigating and responding to issues such as formal complaints, harassment allegations, and working conditions concerns
- Collaborate with various teams and department employees through advice and recommendations
- Guide to resolving work-related conflicts for team members, supervisors, and department leaders
- Report findings and consult with leadership on appropriate action
- Conduct employee surveys and exit interviews to identify and solve issues
- Demonstrate conflict management skills and experience by delivering HR process improvement actions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to work closely and successfully with others in order to deliver results
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or other related subject areas
- Employee relations and investigations experience at a global company for at least 2 years
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws
- Familiarity with the biotech industry
