Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of HR training programs and processes to support manufactory and office employees' training
- Plan and prioritize training to meet commitments aligned with organization goals
- Ensure delivery of training programs that help new team members learn the company's culture quickly and efficiently
- Arrange and cooperate with departments on related training as business needs
- Become a champion of company culture, influence change, and support diversity while promoting employee engagement
- Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results
- Select third parties and cooperate with them to work on training materials if necessary
- Create a climate where employees are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
- Adapt the training needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company
- Draft training materials as needed, ability to translate English materials into Spanish, and conduct on-site training in Spanish or English
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, or Instructional Design, with related work experience of at least 2 years
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred but not required
- Proficient in using various office software, especially PowerPoint, and training equipment such as projectors, etc.
- Excellent English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
