Human Resource Training Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of HR training programs and processes to support manufactory and office employees' training
• Plan and prioritize training to meet commitments aligned with organization goals
• Ensure delivery of training programs that help new team members learn the company's culture quickly and efficiently
• Arrange and cooperate with departments on related training as business needs
• Become a champion of company culture, influence change, and support diversity while promoting employee engagement
• Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results
• Select third parties and cooperate with them to work on training materials if necessary
• Create a climate where employees are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
• Adapt the training needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company
• Draft training materials as needed, ability to translate English materials into Spanish, and conduct on-site training in Spanish or English

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, or Instructional Design, with related work experience of at least 2 years

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred but not required
• Proficient in using various office software, especially PowerPoint, and training equipment such as projectors, etc.
• Excellent English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
