Salary: $88,000-$132,000

Ewing Outdoor Supply, a family-owned company and the largest supplier of landscape and irrigation products in the country, is seeking a Regional Manager for the Georgia region. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals, managing the daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the regional market to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Manage and develop a team of sales and customer service professionals.
- Ensure operational efficiencies and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new products and services.
- Collaborate with other Regional Managers and corporate leadership as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the landscape and irrigation industry.
- Must currently hold a management position. (IE: Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Account Manager, DSM, ETC...)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid financial and business acumen
- Ability to capture and propel a vision, inspire others, and work toward goals
- Superb customer service skills and mindset
- Strong sense of urgency and drive to win
- Excellent training, teaching, mentoring, and hiring skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to develop and achieve plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PP, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of P21 software and company operational methods
- Proficient in logistics
- Must reside in Florida and have a valid driver's license.
