Job Title: General Manager
Location: Onsite - Alpharetta, GA
Job Summary: The General Manager (GM) is a full-time, on-site opportunity who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and growth. The GM will lead the management team, develop strategic plans, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Management:
○ Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments.
○ Develop and implement business plans to achieve company goals.
○ Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Operations:
○ Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
○ Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
○ Optimize processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Business Development:
○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
○ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
○ Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Customer Focus:
○ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
○ Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
○ Develop strategies to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
