Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Benefits Representative to join our team. As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and explaining benefit plans to our members in a virtual setting. This is a 100% remote position that offers great earning potential with a starting salary of $65,000 this is a commission based position, full employee benefits, and ample opportunities for career advancement.

We are only hiring in Georgia. You must live in this state to be considered for this job.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments with members via phone to discuss benefit plans.

- Answer questions and assist members in enrolling into suitable benefit plans.

- Complete insurance and underwriting applications for members accurately and efficiently.

- Attend workshops and participate in continuing education programs to stay updated on industry trends and benefit offerings.

- Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively explain benefit plans to members.

- A growth mindset and a strong focus on self-improvement to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and sales techniques.

- Ability to work remotely, possessing a laptop, smartphone, and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

- Must be able to pass a background check.

- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
