Full Job Description

We’re seeking a smart and dedicated person to be our Front Desk Coordinator. This position is perfect for someone who excels in delivering outstanding customer service with a smile.

Your positive attitude and warm demeanor will set the tone for every client interaction, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the inviting atmosphere of our clinic. If you have a proven track record in customer service and thrive on making others feel comfortable and valued, we want you on our team.

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 9am-4pm

Compensation: $22 hourly

Requirements

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet clients with a smile, in-person and via phone; ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they contact us.

  • Manage Appointments: Use Acuity Scheduler to book, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently.

  • Handle Payments: Process payments and manage invoices/documents using Clover.

  • Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment: Conduct cleanliness checks of all areas throughout the day.

  • Coordinate Client Experience: Ensure clients are comfortably seated in treatment rooms and inform technicians of their locations.

  • Create Light Promotional Content: Develop and share light promotional content for social media to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.

  • Support Administrative Tasks: Utilize various tools and software to assist with communications, record-keeping, and other administrative duties.

  • Be Flexible and Adaptable: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Experience in creating social media content.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
