Full Job Description

We're on the Lookout for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team at Lookout Pest Control and support our financial planning and analysis activities. With over 40 years in the business, Lookout has earned an A+ reputation for customer service and a welcoming culture! We are intentional about looking for diverse candidates, and are seeking an FP&A Analyst who will:

Job Profile:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Analyze and evaluate financial performance and trends to provide insights and recommendations
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership
  • Assist with strategic planning initiatives, including M&A activities and investment proposals
  • Support the development and implementation of financial processes and systems

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Alpharetta, GA area
