Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers throughout the flight.
• Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning processes.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with airline safety protocols.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers while addressing their needs and preferences.
• Manage in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
• Educate passengers on safety procedures and the use of emergency equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid passport.
• Fluency in at least one language other than English is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations efficiently.
• Flexibility to work on a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours as part of the job.
