Slip Robotics, a rapidly growing robotics company specializing in industrial-size robots for truck loading and unloading, is seeking a Field Maintenance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience managing field technicians.

Job Description

As a Field Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee our field technicians stationed at customer sites, ensuring the repair and maintenance of our advanced robots. You'll also handle the logistics and shipping of robots, playing a critical role in our operational success.

Responsibilities

• Team Management:
• Lead and supervise a team of field maintenance technicians.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and skill development.
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on workload and priorities.
• Maintenance Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate field maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance windows and minimize operational disruptions.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all field maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the field maintenance team.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Resource Management:
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for field maintenance.
• Optimize resource allocation to achieve cost-effective maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary supplies.
• Quality Assurance:
• Establish and enforce quality standards for field maintenance work.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

Other Information

Slip Robotics is located in Atlanta, GA, just northeast of the perimeter. This position requires a majority of on-site work.
