We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Email Support Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email. You will also assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strive for first-call resolution
