Digital Systems Migration Leader

Lookout Pest Control is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Systems Migration Leader to join our team and lead the migration of our digital systems as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

As the Digital Systems Migration Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to new digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and manage the migration process, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a comprehensive migration strategy, including timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Assess current digital systems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define requirements and select suitable digital platforms
• Create project plans and manage the implementation of new digital systems
• Oversee data migration, integration, and validation activities
• Ensure data security and compliance with regulations
• Provide training and support to end-users on new digital systems
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of migrated systems and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Systems Migration Leader or similar role
• Strong knowledge of digital systems and platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
