Digital Marketing Director

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Hours: 40 hours a week
Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Acworth, GA - Dedicated Office Room in the CEO's home for 6-12 months until moving into a physical office location
On-Site or Remote: On-Site Required Tuesday - Thursday

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Stingray Branding. We are a 16-year-old Marketing Agency from Charleston, SC that is expanding into the Atlanta, GA area. As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives and develop effective digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, has a deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics and channels, and has a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns. They should have excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, event marketing, and content marketing
• Create Social Media & Advertising Graphics
• Schedule Social Media Posts for multiple clients (reels, stories, graphics, photos, captions)
• Set up and optimize ads on Social Media
• Create and send out e-mail newsletters
• Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Manage and oversee a team of digital marketing interns
• Prepare and present digital marketing reports to clients
• Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their marketing objectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics and channels, including social media, email marketing, event marketing, and content marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other digital marketing tools
• Proficient with Canva
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, Grant Cardone, Event Marketing, AI, Opus Clips, Sendible, Go High Level, Zapier
• Previous experience working for an agency is highly desired
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Pay & Compensation

• $4,150 per month salary + bonuses.
• $50,000-$55,000, $60,000+ income expectation with bonuses.
