Daycare Teacher (Part-Time)

Daycare Teacher | Part-Time | Lithonia / Snellville

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a part-time, entry-level Daycare Floater Teacher for our school in Snellville/Lithonia. We are hiring immediately, and willing to train the right candidate. No previous experience required.

Pay rate of $13-$20 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Requirements

• Lead Teacher: Minimum of a CDA required.
• Assistant Teacher: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience working as a teacher at a licensed childcare center.
• Successful state background checks and health assessments.

Responsibilities

• Implement our award-winning curriculum to meet each child's unique learning style.
• Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app.
• Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
• Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
