Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Center Director for our top-rated school in Marietta. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Salary range: $45,000-$50,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials. Quarterly bonus potential.

Daycare Director Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and the community.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of licensed childcare management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
