The Avenues Real Estate Partners is looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the housekeeping operations for our properties, ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance procedures meet our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining an impeccable environment. You will manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing training, support, and supervision to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to our quality benchmarks. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining records of cleaning supplies and maintenance requests. Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and guests, enhancing their overall experience with The Avenues Real Estate Partners.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities for multiple properties.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of properties.
  • Create and manage cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request orders as necessary.
  • Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or guest concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.
