As a Cook at StaffWerk, you will play a crucial role in creating mouthwatering dishes for our clients and events. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, according to recipes and client preferences
• Ensure high quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in menu planning and cost control by monitoring inventory and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Adapt to special dietary needs and restrictions, ensuring all meals meet the highest standards

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
• Proficient knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen sanitation
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for creating visually appealing dishes
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and client demands

Pay

$16.50 per hour
