Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods for catering events, ensuring high quality and presentation standards
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Cooperate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during catering events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed

Requirements

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends based on event schedules
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food
