Qualifications

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting

·         Experience working in general ledger, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation

·         Very detail-oriented with strong Excel skills

·         Accounting degree strongly preferred

·         Experience managing staff preferred

Duties

·         Take lead in month end close process

·         Take lead in year end and audit process

·         Supervise Accounts Payable, Bank Recs, Sales & Use Tax Reporting and Cash Management

·         Manage accounting staff

·         Work closely with other departments

·         Report directly to CFO

·         Other duties as assigned
