Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities and thrive in a remote work environment. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while earning uncapped commissions based on successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and revenue goal
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a remote or commission-based role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other tools to streamline the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
