Concession Attendant/ Food Service

StaffWerk is actively seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Concession Attendants / Food Service staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring that the concession area is clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and efficient service to customers at the concession stand
• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages
• Making Smoothies
• Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area including restocking supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, a concession stand, or a similar customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards
• Flexibility in schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
