We are currently seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to join our team, who will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Requirements
The Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in crafting, executing, and overseeing training programs and policies that promote compliance and are in harmony with our corporate goals. You will lead compliance audits and ensure we meet all relevant laws and regulations, while actively nurturing a strong culture of compliance across the organization.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory changes that affect the business and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders, taking federal, state, and local laws into account.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Assist in the development and refinement of compliance-related processes across various departments.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on compliance issues and initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate compliance training for employees and management.
- Serve as a point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries from employees and external parties.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to determine potential risks and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with other departments, including legal and finance, to ensure comprehensive compliance oversight.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of regulations such as HIPAA, PCI, SOC2 and other applicable laws.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex regulatory information clearly.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical foundation and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
