Full Job Description
The Clinical Device Coordinator is a critical role within the Sleep Testing Services organization. This role is primarily responsible for the preparation and shipment of medical devices and supplies to customers. Associates who excel in this role adhere to organizational standards and maintain a clean and orderly facility.
Responsibilities:
- Kit & process all scheduled orders accurately and on time
- Configure medical devices according to the shipment schedule
- Pick/Pack/Ship medical devices & supplies
- Support Inventory Control of devices & supplies
- Process and retrieve data from returned devices by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Clean all devices as outlined in cleaning guidelines
- Receives, Verifies and Stocks equipment and supplies
- Complies with all organization and regulatory standards
- Fast paced / Team based environment
- Adheres to Quality Management System (QMS) SOPs / Controls
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years medical office experience
- Demonstrated team player
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Service minded / Results oriented
- Able to problem solve and multi-task
- Detail Oriented
- Capable of interpreting a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Accurate documentation of notes and correspondence
