Cleaner/Janitor

Francine & Farah's Executive Cleaning LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Janitor. As a Cleaner/Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our clients. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional cleaning services, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms. You will ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy, and that all cleaning supplies are properly stocked. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash containers and replace liners
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
• Sweep and mop floors in common areas
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role as a cleaner or janitor
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
