Cleaner

Your work will ensure that our homes not only look great but also provide a welcoming environment for all of our residents.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential units, office spaces, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Inspect properties to determine cleaning needs and address any maintenance concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and responding to their inquiries.
• Restock cleaning supplies and restrooms as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Execute deep cleaning projects as assigned.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to perform indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Regularly lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Be on your feet for extended periods, including bending, kneeling, and standing.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling
• Weekend shifts may be required.

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: Multiple Locations; travel to properties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years of cleaning experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
